spicy white bean dip

Welcome back to another recipe in my series of healthy game day snacks to kick off the football season.

Today I present to you Spicy Chipotle White Bean Dip.

It’s a delicious bean dip with a spicy kick that you can easily make in the food processor in 5 minutes!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 – 15oz can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (white beans)

1 to 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, or more to taste

2 cloves Garlic

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tsp Cumin

1 Tsp Chili Powder

1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions:

Place all ingredients above, except olive oil, in the bowl of the food processor. With the motor running, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified.  You’re done.

Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks!
