Welcome to my third installment of game day treats and eats that will make your weekends healthier and not guilty for lying on the couch and stuffing your face with food you’ll soon regret.

Prep Time: 5-7 minutes

Cook Time: 5-7 minutes


1 lb Ground Chicken

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

1 Tbsp dried Onion

1 Tsp Seasoned Salt

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

2 Tbsp Dry Ranch Dressing Powder

4 Tbsp Buffalo Sauce

2 Tbsp Butter

4 Tbsp Ranch Dressing

4 Whole Wheat Buns


Preheat your oven to broil.

In a large bowl mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, onion, seasoned salt, garlic powder, ranch dressing powder, and buffalo sauce. Form chicken mixture into 4 patties.

Place on greased broiler pan. Broil for 4-6 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven.

Butter the insides of your buns. Place on broiler pan face up and broil for a few minutes until golden brown. Put chicken burger on bun and top with ranch dressing. Boom!
